China Championships 2012

   China Championships started on 27 March 2012 and 5 tours have already been completed. 1st April will be the off day, and then the participants will continue the challenge in the period of 2-7 April. 12 participants are playing by the round robin 11 tours. The first prize of the tournament will be two passes to the China Women National team and one to the Men Team.



   We will start the online broadcast of the championship tomorrow, with a slight delay caused by technical reasons. We will closely watch the games of the players with the particular attention to my favorite player Hou Yifan. Her performance in the current tournament is not that good, to put the least of it, but she should not be upset, she has to continue the challenge.

   The Chinese Men Champion is Din Liren with the 8 out of 11 scores collected. The second place taken by Yun Yanyi.
   The Women tournament was won by Huan Tsan by additional indices.
